Terms of Service

1. About Us

Khaao Piyo Repeat ("we", "us", "our") is a cloud kitchen operating out of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. We prepare and deliver home-style Odia meals to customers within our delivery zones. By placing an order through our website or WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Ordering

Orders are accepted through our website and WhatsApp. A minimum order of ₹199 applies. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in the event of pricing errors or unavailability of items.

3. Delivery

We deliver within 21 pin codes in Bhubaneswar. Delivery fees and free-delivery thresholds are shown at checkout and on the Menu page. Estimated delivery times are indicative — we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and cash on delivery where available. By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. After that, the kitchen may have started preparation and cancellation may not be possible. Refunds for quality issues or missing items are handled per our Refund Policy. See the Refunds page for full details.

6. Food Safety & Allergens

Our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering at +91 63621 12152.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including brand names, logos, photographs, and text — is owned by Khaao Piyo Repeat or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khaao Piyo Repeat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
