What areas do you deliver to?+

We deliver across 21 pin codes in Bhubaneswar. You can check if your pin code is covered on the Menu page. If yours isn't listed, message us on WhatsApp — we try to accommodate nearby areas when possible.

What is the minimum order amount?+

The minimum order is ₹199. Orders below this amount cannot be placed.

How much does delivery cost?+

Delivery is ₹40. It's free when your order total is ₹499 or above.

What time do you deliver?+

We deliver lunch (12 pm – 3 pm) and dinner (7 pm – 10 pm) daily. Breakfast delivery is available on selected days — check the menu for availability.

How do I track my order?+

Log in to your account and open the Order History section — you'll see the real-time status of your current order. You'll also receive updates on WhatsApp.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We currently accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and cash on delivery. Online payment is processed securely at checkout.

Are the dishes marked veg and non-veg?+

Yes. Every dish on the menu is clearly marked with a green (veg) or red (non-veg) dot. You can also filter the menu by veg-only.

Can I cancel or modify my order?+

You can cancel or modify your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After that, the kitchen has usually started cooking and changes may not be possible. Reach us on WhatsApp as quickly as possible.

What is your refund policy?+

If there's a quality issue or a missing item, contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We'll either re-deliver or issue a refund within 5–7 business days. See our full Refunds page for details.

How do subscriptions work?+

Our meal subscriptions let you plan weekly meals at a discounted per-meal rate. Choose a plan that fits your schedule and dietary preference — we'll handle the cooking. Visit the Subscription Plans page for options.

Is the food freshly cooked every day?+

Always. We never reheat or freeze meals. Every order is cooked fresh that day and delivered in insulated, sealed packaging to keep it hot.
