Refunds & Cancellations

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After this window, our kitchen will have started preparation and cancellation may not be possible.

To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or call +91 63621 12152. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible based on the order status.

When Are Refunds Issued?

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

  • The order was successfully cancelled within the 5-minute window.
  • An item was missing from your delivery.
  • The food arrived in an unsatisfactory condition (spoiled, tampered packaging, wrong item).
  • We were unable to complete your delivery due to reasons on our side.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within 2 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email at hello@khaaopiyorepeat.com.
  2. Share your order number and a brief description of the issue. A photo helps us resolve it faster.
  3. We will review and confirm the refund decision within 24 hours.
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Order cancelled after the 5-minute window when cooking has begun.
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Customer unavailable at the delivery address at the time of delivery.
  • Refund request raised more than 2 hours after delivery.
  • Taste preferences — we stand behind our recipes, but taste is subjective.

Refund Method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout — UPI, bank account, or credit/debit card as applicable. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–7 business days after our approval).

For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued as account credits or via UPI transfer.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans can be paused or cancelled before the next billing cycle begins. Mid-cycle refunds for subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your situation.
